?They’ve vacationed together in the Bahamas. She cooks his meals. Chicken and brown rice, mainly. He greets visitors as she works on residential listings for Keller Williams Heritage Realty (as a top seller with 59 homes sold in 2015, by the way). She buys him fabulous outfits. He stands by her, offering quiet and steadfast support... Caroline Moffitt and her eight-year-old fawn pug Lester are a team to be reckoned with.

Caroline has 28 years of experience in the industry. She is consistently named in Orlando magazine’s Real Estate Top 100, and she is a Star Performer as designated by the Orlando Regional Realtor Association. Lester not to be outdone is a costume-contest winner who loves car rides and morning walks.

Caroline says her pug and prayer are all she needs to maintain her success in a competitive industry, which is now very much a seller’s market.

“There are fewer homes and more buyers,” Caroline says, advising anyone considering selling to do it now, while demand is up.

Juggling about 12 listings at a time each spending an average of just 36 days on the market Caroline has learned, after nearly three decades, how to keep the various moving parts in line for the buyers and sellers she serves.

Caroline starts each day at 4:00 a.m. with a Bible verse and a commitment to her clients. She has honed her photography skills to showcase properties in their absolute best light to attract maximum interest from serious potential buyers in a short amount of time. Caroline offers buyers and sellers expert advice, valuable suggestions, and hassle-free property transactions.

Caroline likes selling homes to help people those who are downsizing, moving due to health changes, or looking to buy a larger home in which to start a family. She enjoys hearing their stories and praying for them, and Lester enjoys meeting anyone and everyone along the way.

About 75 percent of Caroline’s business comes from repeat clients, and they trust Caroline to get them the best price for their homes in the least possible amount of time.

“I just love doing it,” Caroline says of meeting people and helping them in their important life milestones. Lester’s wagging tail is proof he loves  doing it, too.
