The J. Wayne Miller Company wants to help you find a home for your business, and they have just the right person for the job. Meet Lauren Miller, Realtor and client adviser for the 34-year-old, family-owned-and-operated commercial real estate company.

Lauren – whose Army-veteran husband, Brad, is also a Realtor with the company – takes tremendous pride in watching her clients grow and graduate into larger, more permanent business space. And it’s Lauren’s job to negotiate the best purchase or lease agreements for those clients.

The J. Wayne Miller Company has one more major advantage to offer: The company actually owns several buildings, business parks, and shopping centers in the Altamonte area, including incredibly affordable spaces for start-up businesses that can be leased month-to-month. These properties give clients of all sizes the unique opportunity to find the perfect space “in-house,” saving significant money in the process. But, if the ideal space is outside J. Wayne Miller’s existing portfolio, Lauren or anyone on the team can help businesses find an new location anywhere in Florida.”

“While I love to find space for clients in one of our five properties, my goal is to do whatever is best for them,” Lauren says. “They tell me their criteria, and I do the work so they don’t have to get bogged down in the process. They can still run their business knowing I’ll find properties that can work for them. That makes sense to my clients, and there is no cost to them for my services.”

Bob Christensen, owner of Axsa Engineering Products, needed more room for his growing company.

“Lauren took my wife Sue and I to see many options,” Bob says. “She found us a 3,500-square-foot space in Longwood that met all our needs, and she managed the entire contract negotiation. Within a month-and-a-half, we were in our new space.”

Karen Wisdo, another J. Wayne Miller Company client, used to run a small accounting service from her home-office. When her business, KEM Business Solutions, expanded, Karen turned to Lauren for help.

“Lauren sat with us through the whole lease process,” Karen explains. “Even after we moved in, she checked on us and made sure the landlord provided proper signage. She’s a go-the-extra-mile type of person.”

The J. Wayne Miller Company is dedicated to finding your ideal business location.
