The product of a long line of women entrepreneurs, Ayesha Chidolue, Esq., founder of The Chidolue Law Firm, is dedicated to helping business owners protect their passion and brand.

“I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs because I am an entrepreneur myself and come from a family of entrepreneurs,” says Ayesha. “From my 82-year-old grandmother who still operates a little jewelry store in West Africa, to my mother who is opening her second pharmacy right here in Sanford, this is what I know.So you could say it is in my genes. There is nothing more exciting than seeing a business I advised at inception end up becoming a great, thriving business that everyone knows and loves.”

With a human-resource and business-law background, Ayesha has worked with businesses of all sizes serving as a trusted, long-term legal counselor.

“Having worked with companies with one employee to Fortune 500 companies, I have developed an understanding of the intricacies of what it takes to be an advocate and protector for a business,” Ayesha adds. “My core focus is to help business owners design, implement, protect, and maintain thriving businesses. This can be done by reducing their personal liability, preserving personal income, and facilitating a succession plan due to retirement or any other life events.”
